Structural Silicone facade

In the Structural Silicone Facade Cladding System, heat glasses are attached to the facade with cassette profiles that they are specially adhered to. The Structural Silicone Facade Coating System guarantees a precise seal with the roving safety at three points. In the system, which is easy and fast to install, it is a façade system that is preferred in terms of ease of maintenance and cleaning after assembly. Structural Silicone Facade Cladding System does not show an aluminum profile when viewed from the outside, and glass joints have a 15 mm wide joint. Since the sealing between the glass panels is provided with double EPDM wick, sealing silicone is not drawn between the panels. Thus, shade formation between glass panels is prevented. Any glass panel selected (on the outside, regardless of which one is open) can be turned into a hidden wing when desired. Silicone is used between glass and aluminum panels, and component silicone is used between two glasses in double glass. The processes are kept under control within the framework of the quality control test procedures of the silicone company during the silicone removal processes.

Covered Facade

The characteristic feature of this system, which is also called the classic door facade system, is the appearance of aluminum profiles outside the facade. These caps, which look 50 mm wide, have many different geometric sections. Application of this system, which has a lot of cover alternatives; It is in the form of completing the assembly process by fitting the glass, placed on the aluminum substructure, whose adjustment is finished, by first screwing the printing profiles into the appropriate slots and then seating the cover profile in the desired section into the slot of the desired profile. Heat, sound and water insulation in the glass relation of the profiles which are mechanically connected on the Covered Facade are provided with EPDM wicks. In addition, in places where horizontal and vertical joints intersect, strictly guaranteed sealing is provided by the special aluminum foil insulation tapes used before the printing profile. The need to open wings in this system; wing adapter profile is covered by the profiles we call. It is possible to open wings at any place with glasses glued to these profiles with structural silicone. Wings, which are generally preferred as transoms, can be arranged by making the necessary detail changes according to customer requests.

Transparent Front

In projects where transparency is important, "transparent curtain wall system" which has architecturally very effective visuality by using different designed carrier systems is a frameless glazing technique. In the system, glass units providing qualified and desired performance values can be used in different combinations such as tempered laminated or insulating glass. Glass units are connected to vertical or horizontal main carriers mounted on the facade with the help of spherical articulated glass holders (rutile) and spiders (spider) made of stainless steel. The joint gaps between the glasses are filled with different filling materials according to the place of use. Mostly as a filling material u.v. Although it is used with high resilience, high flexibility, structural façade silicones, it can be used in EPDM based wicks with 60 shore hardness.

Skylight

As it can be understood from the name of the facade system, which is also called skylight, which means roof skylight, it is the applications made in the roof openings of the buildings. As a result of the static calculation made according to the location and structure of the structures, the main skylight material with special aluminum combination profiles and polycarbonate sheets or glass are formed on aluminum or steel construction. Insulation is provided by pulling ultraviolet resistant silicone into the joint gaps in the horizontal.
